There was a proposal that Israel police were considering in 2004 with regard to combating terrorists claiming to follow Islam. I don’t know if it was actually put into action though. It involved pigs.

Islam considers the pig an unclean animal. Physical contact with the animal is believed to block a Muslim’s access to heaven.
The brainwashed maniacs who kill innocents aren’t afraid of death. They believe dying in the process guarantees their access to heaven. You have to admit, if you put yourself in their shoes, it is one hell of an incentive.

Lets evaluate what we are against. We are against brainwashed people who don’t give a damn if they die. In fact, they wish that they die. Because if they die while fighting for what they think is a right cause, they’ll go to heaven and get 70 (?) virgins and stuff…
Take away their only incentive.
Make them think that what they are doing won’t get them heaven. And they may stop terrorism. Or at least they’ll stop terrorist activities in which they could be shot directly.

Certainly makes sense, as long as the incentive is indeed an idea of jannat & hoor.
But am sure the trainers will come up with some other way to deflect the pig attack.
But until then, we might have some respite.
